LaTrelle’s Management is proud to own and operate the first Rustic airport location and is seeking a Host for this Texas favorite restaurant and bar at Hobby Airport. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued while providing excellent customer service in a fast‑paced environment. A sales mindset is essential as tips are a key component of the compensation.

• Greeting guests warmly as they arrive and guiding them to their tables.
• Managing reservations and maintaining an organized seating chart.
• Assisting with menu inquiries and providing recommendations to enhance guest experience.
• Ensuring cleanliness and organization of the front‑of‑house area.
• Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of service.
• Addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Supporting team members in various tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality.
• Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Aloha POS, is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on guest services and customer relations.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and willingness to help others are essential traits for success in this role.
