Double Tree Hotel & Suites by the Galleria, located in the upscale Galleria area is looking for an experienced, hands‑on Executive Housekeeper with strong leadership and organizational skills.

• At least four (4) years of previous full‑service hotel housekeeping management experience.
• Flexible to work AM, mid‑shift, PM, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have the ability to communicate in English both verbal and written. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively address and resolve employee and guest related issues.
• Previous Hilton brand experience highly desired.

• Hands‑on management to manage daily operations for housekeeping and laundry.
• Interview, hire, train, and provide open communication and support for all housekeeping and laundry staff.
• Enforce policies and procedures and hold staff accountable when performance expectations are not met.
• Manage department finances, including budget, inventory and labor.
• Review guest surveys, respond to unfavorable feedback and implement strategic plans to exceed brand cleanliness requirements.
• Inspect building cleanliness including guest rooms, corridors, guest lobby and employee areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met and maintained.
