Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

** Ensure seamless operations:
** Plan and direct all aspects of restaurant operations - including systems management, budgeting, forecasting, product quality, cost controls, and policy implementation - ensuring alignment with business goals and profitability targets

** Shape guest satisfaction strategies:
** Define and implement innovative guest service standards and initiatives, monitoring trends, gathering feedback, and driving solutions to enhance the guest experience

** Drive outlet performance:
** Provide leadership support to outlet managers to ensure high-quality standards are met across all food and beverage service areas, supporting daily operations and driving continuous improvements

** Maximize revenue opportunities:
** Develop and implement strategies to promote restaurant food, beverages, and services in alignment with food & beverage marketing programs
