Deliver exceptional service to members and guests on the golf course and designated areas;
Stock the beverage cart with beverages, ice, and supplies; operate the golf cart safely;
Collect payments and reconcile daily transactions; maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the cart;
Upsell products when appropriate and communicate special requests to the F&B Director;
Assist colleagues to deliver the three-step service and uphold safety and company policies
