Willow chase LLC is looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Night Auditor to join our team in Houston, TX. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a overnight environment, enjoys working independently, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly after hours. If you're a night owl with a knack for numbers and customer service, we want to hear from you!

• Perform nightly audit of all financial transactions, including room charges, payments, and account balances
• Reconcile daily revenue reports and ensure accuracy of front desk transactions
• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs during overnight hours with professionalism and efficiency
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and courteous manner
• Prepare and distribute daily reports to management for morning review
• Monitor and maintain the security and safety of the property during overnight shifts
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless guest experience

• Prior experience in hotel front desk, night audit, or hospitality preferred
• Strong mathematical and accounting skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency with property management systems (PMS) and basic computer skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and stay alert during overnight shifts
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required
• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or accounting coursework a plus
