• Balancing and reconciling daily financial transactions and reports.
• Assisting guests with check-ins, check-outs, and any inquiries during the night.
• Monitoring hotel safety and security to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests.
• Preparing and distributing daily reports to management.
• Providing friendly and efficient service to create a memorable guest experience.

• At least 1 year of experience
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in basic accounting and financial reconciliation.
• A friendly and approachable demeanor with a commitment to outstanding customer service.
• The ability to work independently and handle overnight responsibilities with confidence.
