JOB DESCRIPTION

** Housekeeping Manager/ Executive Housekeeper / General Manager
** MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
**** Education
* ** High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Hospitality coursework or certification preferred.
** Experience
* ** Minimum 1 year of housekeeping experience in a hotel environment.
* Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred.
* Experience with housekeeping software or PMS systems (HotSOS, OnQ, Opera, etc.) a plus.
** Skills & Knowledge
*** Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to train, coach, and motivate team members.
* Strong organizational and time management abilities.
* Knowledge of cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and chemical handling.
* Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50–75 lbs.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Duties & Responsibilities
*** Supervise and support housekeeping staff during daily operations.
* Inspect guest rooms, hallways, and public areas for cleanliness and compliance with brand standards.
* Assist with training new employees on cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
* Ensure carts, closets, and supply rooms are clean, stocked, and organized.
* Address guest requests and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
* Report maintenance concerns and ensure timely follow-up.
* Monitor productivity and assist with scheduling and labor management.
* Maintain accurate records of inspections, assignments, and supply usage.
* Uphold all safety, sanitation, and company policies.
* Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
