About the Role
Our Human Resources department is expanding, and we are seeking a highly organized, analytical, and tech‑savvy HR Coordinator to join the team. This role ensures seamless day‑to‑day HR operations and supports key HR programs across recruitment, onboarding, HRIS administration, performance management, recordkeeping, reporting, and employee engagement.
This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys data, systems, organization, and supporting people.
Primary Responsibilities
HR Systems & Technology
- Maintain and update HR systems including:
- HRIS/HCM
- ATS
- LMS
- Dyna File
- Perform Yard
- Run HR reports, LOA reports, compliance metrics, and dashboards
- Build Excel‑based data tools using formulas, vlookup, pivot tables, and data validation
- Manage Outlook calendars and schedule Teams meetings and events
HR Operations & Support
- Facilitate onboarding, offboarding, NEO packets, and HR phone call support
- File management including Filing Friday and end‑of‑year separated file shipping
- Prepare weekly HR meeting agendas
- Complete Verifications of Employment
- Serve as Life Safety Coordinator and assist with fire drills
Employee Engagement
- Plan and support team celebrations, luncheons, birthdays, and bereavement coordination
- Collect team information, research vendors, make reservations, and manage logistics

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Forms, One Note)
- Adobe Pro (editing PDFs, creating fillable forms, updating fields)
- Experience with HRIS/HCM platforms
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Problem‑solver and critical thinker
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in government, public sector, healthcare, or high‑volume HR teams
- Familiarity with People Soft, Workday, or similar systems
