Join our team Houston or Orlando offices as a Senior Recruitment Consultant and be at the forefront of establishing new business, managing the recruiting process, and delivering exceptional results for your clients. This entrepreneurial role offers full operational responsibility for your own desk and clients, making it the perfect opportunity for someone with a proven track record in full-cycle recruiting.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Recruit, interview, evaluate, and place highly skilled technical professionals on a contract, contract-to-hire, or permanent basis.
- Creative Sourcing: Develop innovative sourcing and recruiting strategies to expand your talent pool and attract top candidates.
- Candidate Interviews: Conduct thorough phone and face-to-face interviews to assess candidates qualifications and job requirements.
- Pipeline Building: Foster long-term relationships with candidates to build and maintain a quality talent pipeline.
- Consistent Communication: Provide ongoing communication and career guidance to candidates, ensuring a positive experience.
- Quality Service: Call current contractor workforce and recently placed permanent candidates to maintain quality service and seek referrals.
- Account Management: Manage new and existing client accounts, including client visits, to ensure satisfaction and growth.
- Compliance: Ensure 100% compliance with quality standards, company processes, in-country legislation (including Occupational Health & Safety), and client-specific requirements.
- Business Development: Generate new business through leads and referrals from candidates and clients, and develop long-term strategic client relationships through both telephone and face-to-face meetings.
- Balance Management: Maintain a balance of job orders and qualified candidates, managing multiple complex selling opportunities.
- Recruitment
Experience:
2-3+ years of recruitment experience within Engineering. - Confident Personality: Outgoing and confident, with a proven track record in recruitment.
- Organizational
Skills:
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize effectively. - Ambition: Ambitious and driven to be successful, with a target-oriented mindset.
- Multi-Tasking: Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities.
