Senior Recruiter

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter who knows how to own searches end-to-end and move fast without sacrificing quality. This role is ideal for someone who’s confident running full-cycle recruiting independently, building strong talent pipelines, and serving as a trusted partner to hiring managers and internal teams.

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across a variety of roles and industries, from initial sourcing through offer acceptance
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of both active and passive candidates to support ongoing and future hiring needs
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, priorities, and ideal candidate profiles
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies using job boards, social platforms, professional networks, and niche channels
• Guide candidates through interviews, provide feedback, manage expectations, and support offer negotiations
• Serve as a mentor and resource for junior recruiters, sharing best practices and helping elevate team performance
• Track progress against productivity goals and contribute ideas to improve recruiting processes and outcomes

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent professional experience)
• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or recruiting
• Demonstrated success meeting hiring goals in a fast-paced environment
• Proven experience running full-life-cycle recruiting with minimal oversight
• Strong ability to influence outcomes through effective communication, negotiation, and candidate management
• Comfortable working across multiple requisitions and priorities at once
• Confident collaborating with internal stakeholders and providing consultative hiring support
• Solid understanding of modern sourcing techniques and recruiting tools
• Proficient with ATS platforms and Microsoft Office
