• Maximize outreach to prospective candidates through cold calls, InMails, emails, and referrals
• Collaborate with the CEO, President, and Sr. Recruiter of Legal Search on job order intake calls
• Consistently request referrals to do business with prospective candidates’ current employers
• Present qualified candidates to the Account Manager and/or Clients
• Maintain organized candidate records within our CRM and ATS
• Contribute to overall search strategy and candidate pipelining

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong time management, organization, and relationship-building abilities
• Familiarity with CRM/applicant tracking systems, MS Office, and Linked In preferred
• Desire to learn the Legal industry and build relationships with high-caliber Partners and Associate Attorneys
• 3-4+ years of legal recruiting experience preferred
• Prior experience within a recruitment agency preferred
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality

Base salary + commission, contingent on experience

All employment opportunities with Encore Search Partners will begin on a Probationary Period of 90 business days from the start of employment during which the employee’s performance and suitability for Employment will be monitored by Encore Search Partners. For the duration of 90 days, employment may be terminated at any time during this period without notice. Encore Search Partners may, at its discretion, extend the Probationary Period for up to 30 additional days.

During the Probationary Period, performance and suitability for continued Employment will be monitored. At the end of the Probationary Period, the employee will be informed if they have successfully completed the Probationary Period.
