About the Role

As our HR Generalist, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our HR operations running smoothly. You'll be responsible for supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee records, compliance, and general HR administration. This role offers a broad scope of responsibilities with a strong focus on process and people across multiple areas of HR.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial sourcing and screening for all open roles.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Initiate background checks and reference verifications.
  • Set up and maintain digital and physical employee files, including archiving and retention.
  • Complete and manage I-9 documentation and monitor work authorization expirations.
  • Enter and maintain accurate data in our HRIS system.
  • Respond to internal HR inbox inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
  • Manage onboarding tasks, including email setup, system access, and coordinating with IT.
  • Deactivate emails and systems upon employee termination.
  • Maintain and update the internal company directory and organizational charts.
  • Support compliance initiatives and assist with audit preparation.
  • Provide general administrative support for the HR team as needed.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of HR support or generalist experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in HR systems (e.g., ADP, Bamboo

    HR, or similar platforms).
  • Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
  • Familiarity with I-9, EEO, and employment documentation compliance.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Nice to Have (but not required)
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and onboarding platforms.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Slack.
  • Exposure to small business or startup environments.
