Executive Leadership & Organizational Development Facilitator Executive Learning & Development | Leadership Development | Organizational Development

Our client, a nationally recognized organization in the mechanical and building services industry, is expanding its enterprise leadership development capabilities. This Executive Leadership & Organizational Development Facilitator role is a highly visible position focused on executive facilitation, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.

This role partners closely with senior and executive leaders to strengthen leadership capability, reinforce values-driven behavior, and build trust across a large, distributed organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate executive and senior leadership development programs, workshops, and presentations.
  • Build credibility and trusted partnerships with leaders across multiple business units.
  • Support leadership initiatives through a structured co-pilot model, eventually transitioning to full program ownership
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts while owning facilitation and learner experience.
  • Coach leaders using a servant leadership and organizational development approach.
  • Adapt facilitation style based on audience dynamics and organizational context.
Qualifications
  • Senior-level experience in Learning & Development, Leadership Development, or Organizational Development.
  • Proven success facilitating executive and senior leadership audiences.
  • Strong executive presence, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Experience working within large, multi-site organizations.
  • Industry-specific technical expertise is not required.
Travel
  • Approximately 80–100 days annually.
  • Travel typically occurs in 3–4 day increments.
