The Performance Tracking Specialist supports outreach and recruitment activities by utilizing Management Information Systems (MIS), with a focus on compliance, issuances, and understanding processes within Workforce Solutions systems. Using the Workforce Information System of Texas database, the specialist verifies customer eligibility for benefits and supports continuous employment tracking. This role involves maintaining accurate databases and gathering data from both primary and secondary sources.
Collaboration with management is essential, as the Performance Tracking Specialist works closely with leadership to prioritize informational needs. The specialist continuously monitors performance metrics and quality control plans to identify opportunities for operational improvement. Additionally, this role includes reviewing and processing customer documentation and providing critical support to career offices. Strong attention to detail and data entry expertise are key strengths required for success in this position.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree preferred or 6 months experience in a related field may substitute for 15 hrs. of college credit up to two years credit, a high school diploma is required.
Years Of Experience- 6 months of experience substitutes for 15 semester hours of college coursework or two years of experience working at Workforce Solutions and a recommendation from current or most recent supervisor.
