One of our key clients is seeking a Benefits & Leave Specialist who will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operation of all group benefit and leave programs. This includes health & welfare plans, retirement, and leave of absence administration.
Duties and Key Accountabilities- Assist in the administration of all employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding benefits inquiries, claims and work with Sr. Benefits Administrator to resolve.
- Partner with third party Leave of Absence administrator and Sr. Benefits Administrator to handle employee inquiries and payroll administration (STD, LTD, FMLA, Maternity Leave, Parental Leave, etc.)
- Assist in the annual renewal and open enrollment administration under the direction of the Benefits Manager.
- Collaborates with HRIS, Payroll and Internal Communications Teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is required.
- A min. 2-3 years of relevant experience in Benefits Administration is essential.
