A growing organization in Greater Houston is hiring a Workday Payroll Analyst to join an established payroll team supporting a large multi-state employee population.
This is a hands‑on payroll role focused on day‑to‑day payroll processing, audits, compliance and employee support within Workday. The environment is stable, fast‑moving and offers a clear path for growth into payroll leadership.
What You’ll Do- Process and audit bi‑weekly payroll
- Maintain payroll data and employee changes in Workday
- Support off‑cycle payroll, adjustments and year‑end activity
- Partner with HR and Finance on payroll reporting and compliance
- Support employees with payroll related questions
- Five plus years of payroll experience
- Two plus years of Workday payroll experience
- Strong multi‑state payroll knowledge
- Advanced Excel skills
- Customer service focused and detail oriented
- Stable onsite role with long‑term growth potential
- Opportunity to progress into payroll leadership
