Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR professional to support the VP of Talent and Talent Acquisition Lead with support and coordination of Talent initiatives and recruiting-related activities. Support would include Recruiting, onboarding, Learning Management System (LMS) administration, engagement surveys, and performance review cycles. This role plays an essential part in keeping processes organized, accurate, and moving forward.

Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Support
  • Provide administrative assistance to the Talent Acquisition Lead, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
  • Support sourcing efforts as needed (resume screening, basic outreach, maintaining candidate pipelines)
Pre-Hire & Onboarding Transition Support
  • Coordinate offer letters and serve as the primary point of contact for candidates from acceptance through start date
  • Manage pre-hire activities, including reference checks and required communications (start date, first-day expectations, pre-boarding)
  • Serve as backup to HR Ops Coordinator on onboarding activities
  • Ensure pre-hire information is complete and accurate to support payroll, HRIS, and compliance setup
Learning & Development
  • Administer the Learning Management System (LMS), Go1, including user setup, enrollments, learning plans, and reporting
  • Support the launch of new training programs by loading content, assigning learners, and monitoring completion
  • Help organize and schedule training sessions, including logistics and participant communication.
  • Troubleshoot basic LMS access or navigation issues and elevate more complex issues as needed
Administrative Support
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for HR and training initiatives.
  • Support the preparation and ongoing updates of presentations to ensure content is clear, visually engaging, and aligned with brand standards, including the use of formatting, visuals, and basic animations as appropriate
Employee Engagement & Performance
  • Support the administration of the annual employee engagement survey, including system setup assistance, communications support, participation tracking, and reporting logistics
  • Assist with compiling survey data and preparing basic summaries and exports
  • Provide coordination support for the annual performance review cycle, including system setup assistance, tracking completion, and monitoring deadlines
HR Projects & Collaboration
  • Participate in Talent and Learning initiatives related to onboarding, employee experience, career development, and process improvement
  • Supports the planning and execution of change communications and program launches to ensure clarity, consistency, and adoption.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines, adapting to shifting priorities while maintaining accuracy and follow-through
Requirements Key Competencies
  • Strong organizational and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Clear written, verbal, and visual communication skills, including the ability to create polished, engaging presentations
Required Qualifications
  • 2 years of experience in Human Resources, with exposure to talent acquisition, onboarding, or training support
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Word and PowerPoint, with the ability to create and maintain polished, well-organized, and visually engaging presentations (including layouts, visuals, and basic animations)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, adapt to changing priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
