We are seeking an experienced Home Health Nurse Recruiter with a proven track record in healthcare staffing, specifically placing temporary home health nurses in high-volume environments. This is not an entry-level recruiting role — we are looking for a staffing expert who understands the nuances of home health, moves quickly, and consistently delivers results. Must be able to work fully remote/have extensive experience working fully remote.

The ideal candidate has deep industry knowledge, strong nurse networks, and a history of successfully placing nursing professionals into temporary and contract home health roles.

• Recruit and place temporary home health nursesin a high-volume staffing environment
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and placement
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified home health clinicians
• Develop and leverage industry networks, databases, referrals, and sourcing platforms
• Partner with account management teams to fulfill urgent and ongoing staffing needs
• Meet and exceed aggressive placement andgross profit targets
• Track metrics and maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM systems

• Direct experience in healthcare staffing (agency or staffing firm environment required)
• Documented experience placing temporary home health nurses
• Strong understanding of the home health industry, including:
• OASIS knowledge/ Familiarity with charting systems and point based assignments.
• Medicare/Medicaid considerations
• Field-based care requirements
• Proven track record of high-volume placements and meeting performance metrics
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
• Strong negotiation and closing skills

• Established network of home health nurses
• Proficiency with healthcare ATS/CRM systems
• Background in travel/local contract healthcare staffing
• Consistently hitting and exceeding placement goals
• Maintaining a robust, active pipeline of home health clinicians
• Rapid fill times on open requisitions
• High clinician retention and satisfaction
