Lyondell Basell is seeking a skilled professional to become the Manager, HR Reporting and lead design, development, maintenance, and governance of HR reports, and dashboards that support strategic and operational decision-making across the organization.
This role will report to Director People Systems and Analytics and be a key member of the P&C analytics leadership team. This role oversees the integrity of HR data, partners with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), HR Business Partners, and business leaders, and ensures HR reporting solutions meet evolving organizational needs. This role combines people leadership with reporting capabilities: you will mentor and develop a team of analysts, interpreting business requests, leveraging multiple data sources, streamlining reporting, always advocating and adhering to legislative and Enterprise data protection standards.

- Provide guidance and training to P&C staff on reporting tools, data interpretation, and fundamentals of HR data integrity
- Coach team members to strengthen reporting capability across the People organization.
- Mentor and develop a team of analysts, fostering a culture of reporting excellence and continuous improvement
- Coach team members to translate complex or respond to ambiguous data requests efficiently and always to think about the result of the requests. Consider the how and why that go into reach report request.
- Develop team capability across multiple reporting platforms, especially Success Factors, SAP, Power
BI, and other HR technology - Helping team to explore alternative ways to find resolution if report request are new to them.
- Design and develop with key stakeholders value-added HR reports, dashboards, and analytics that track KPIs, workforce trends, and HR process performance. Evaluate each new request for overlap with current production reports and dashboards.
- Maintain current value-added HR reports, dashboards, and analytics that track KPIs, workforce trends, and HR process performance.
- Lead, manage and coach the global HR Reporting Analytics by providing day to day guidance and development.
- Evaluate by looking at the ROI, the optimal source and data for delivery.
- Responsible for compliance reporting including but not limited to 10-K, EEOC, Enterprise and Spain Sustainability Reports
- Ensure data integrity across HRIS and reporting systems through regular audits, validation procedures, and oversight of master data structures.
- Work closely with the Enterprise Master Data Steward HR to ensure all reporting maintains within HR data privacy guidelines and access follows rules across all HR reporting technology platforms.
- Partner closely with business and HR Leaders, IT, and other functions to build systems infrastructure required to collect and analyze HR data, offer actionable analysis and reporting to managers and executives
- Interface with HR and other business functions to enable them to meet their business objectives through data reporting
- Support cross-functional HR and business initiatives by providing reporting expertise and source data for strategic projects.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts across HR service areas to promote data governance and stewardship, data quality and advancement of HR technology capabilities
- Develop automated reporting solutions and enhance reporting capabilities to improve efficiency and consistency.
- Perform data quality reviews utilizing quality assurance methods to identify problems and errors to support the resolution at the source.
- Design, implement, and promote self-service reporting tools
- Building partnerships and working closely with IT and vendors to deliver tools and system solutions
- Develop, visualize, and present key findings to various stakeholders, ensuring complex data is communicated in a clear and accessible manner
