About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to support our hiring needs during a period of growth. This role will focus on full-cycle recruiting, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract, screen, and hire top talent in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities- Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements
- Post job ads, source candidates, and build talent pipelines
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
- Coordinate interviews and communicate next steps with candidates and hiring teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and candidate records in the ATS
- Provide regular updates on recruiting progress, challenges, and timelines
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
To be successful in this role, you MUST have:
- 2+ years of recruiting experience
- Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Strong sourcing and screening skills
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with ATS platforms and job boards
- Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
