Payroll Administrator

Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our team in Houston, Texas. In this role, you will manage multi-state payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment while handling high-volume payroll tasks.

Responsibilities:

- Process multi-state payrolls across various pay cycles with precision and efficiency.

- Handle high-volume payroll transactions, ensuring timely and accurate completion.

- Reconcile payroll discrepancies and promptly resolve any identified issues.

- Manage the calculation and processing of bonuses, commissions, and other special payments.

- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.

- Maintain and update employee payroll records in ADP Workforce Now.

- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to address payroll-related inquiries and concerns.

- Generate and review payroll reports to identify trends and ensure data accuracy.

- Stay updated on payroll laws and best practices to ensure organizational compliance.

Hybrid position - 4 days in office and 1 from home

Requirements - Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll administration.

- Proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now and ADP Payroll systems.

- Strong knowledge of multi-state payroll processes and regulations.

- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage high-volume payrolls accurately and efficiently.

- Familiarity with reconciling payroll discrepancies and processing special payments.

- Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll laws.
