International SOS Government Medical Services is seeking a high‑energy Recruiter located at our corporate offices in Houston, TX
. The Recruiter drives the full‑cycle talent acquisition process from need identification and assessment to position closure for assigned work groups. This includes managing, prioritizing, and closing searches: engaging in strategic meetings with hiring managers; developing position duties, responsibilities, specifications, and requisite skills; sourcing, recruiting, screening, interviewing, and guiding the selection of qualified candidates for a variety of exempt and non‑exempt positions;
and negotiating employment offers.
This position is a hybrid role working onsite and remote.
Key Responsibilities- Provides high‑level customer service to internal and external customers (e.g., timely response, expediting processes and procedures, frequent "high touch" communications, etc.).
- Provides full life‑cycle recruitment support for a variety of positions ranging from entry‑level to high‑level healthcare experts.
- Provides consultation to hiring managers on all aspects of the hiring process, including hiring strategies, recruitment cycle timing, coaching and guidance on best practices, and sourcing trends.
- Responsible for developing, recommending, and executing recruitment strategy with decision makers to ensure a successful candidate search within the identified time frames.
- Uses proactive methods to network with industry experts and professional industry‑related associations, in order to build ongoing passive candidate networks.
- Creates a positive candidate experience (for both the selected and non‑selected candidates) throughout the entire recruiting process.
- Meets and exceeds key performance metrics, including time to fill, quality of hire, offer to acceptance ratio, and diversity of final slate.
- Ensures compliance with all applicable employment laws by accurately documenting all recruitment activities in the ATS.
- Evaluates recruitment processes to identify inefficiencies and make recommendations for process improvement.

Qualifications Required Skills and Knowledge- Experience recruiting utilizing standard recruiting tools/sites, applicant tracking system, standard and social media recruitment.

- The ability to establish rapport quickly, engage challenging executives and develop trusting relationships.
