Getix Health is seeking an experienced Benefits Specialist to support the administration, compliance, and communication of our employee benefits programs. This role serves as a key resource for employees and leaders by providing benefits guidance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting benefits‑related processes within UKG.

• Provide benefits support and guidance to employees, managers, and HR partners
• Administer health & welfare and retirement benefit programs
• Ensure compliance with ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, ERISA, and related regulations
• Process benefits enrollments and qualifying life events
• Support fully insured and self‑insured benefit plans
• Assist with leave of absence and benefits‑related inquiries
• Conduct benefits presentations for new hires and open enrollment
• Review and audit benefits invoices for accuracy
• Support 401(k) plan administration and financial wellness initiatives
• Maintain and support benefits configuration within UKG
• Develop employee benefits communications and materials

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 3–5 years of benefits administration experience
• Strong knowledge of benefits regulations and compliance requirements
• Experience with retirement and group insurance plans
• Leave management experience preferred
• Experience with UKG strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Salary: $75,000 – $80,000 (based on experience)
