Regulatory Compliance Specialist, Talent Manager
Location: Onsite in Sugarland, Tx (Hybrid after 90 days)
Getix Health is seeking an experienced Benefits Specialist to support the administration, compliance, and communication of our employee benefits programs. This role serves as a key resource for employees and leaders by providing benefits guidance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting benefits-related processes within UKG.
Key Responsibilities:Provide benefits support and guidance to employees, managers, and HR partners
Administer health & welfare and retirement benefit programs
Ensure compliance with ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, ERISA, and related regulations
Process benefits enrollments and qualifying life events
Support fully insured and self-insured benefit plans
Assist with leave of absence and benefits-related inquiries
Conduct benefits presentations for new hires and open enrollment
Review and audit benefits invoices for accuracy
Support 401(k) plan administration and financial wellness initiatives
Maintain and support benefits configuration within UKG
Develop employee benefits communications and materials
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
3–5 years of benefits administration experience
Strong knowledge of benefits regulations and compliance requirements
Experience with retirement and group insurance plans
Leave management experience preferred
Experience with UKG strongly preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Compensation:Salary: $75,000 – $80,000 (based on experience)
