NOTE:
This position will be based in our Houston, TX office (City Center) with travel as required for business purposes.
Responsible for designing, overseeing and implementing the company’s compensation and benefits programs as well as oversee NuScale’s HRIS. Will also monitor salary structures, balance staffing needs with cost controls, and ensure that policies, procedures and programs are in alignment with the organization’s overall strategic objectives and HR vision.

Commits to the understanding and implementation of quality assurance regulations, standards and guidelines of 10 CFR 50 Appendix B, 10 CFR 21, and NQA-1.
- Education:
A minimum of Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Business, Human Resources, or other related field is required. Alternatively, an additional 4 years (14 total) of directly applicable full-time working experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. An advanced degree in HR Management or Organizational Development, MBA, or similar business degree is preferred. Advanced SHRM certificate also preferred. - Experience:
