Job Description
PURPOSE AND SCOPE:
The Coordinator III, Staffing Liaison plays a critical role in supporting strategic workforce planning and operational efficiency across a division of over 600 full-time employees. This position is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate position data, facilitating position reclassifications, coordinating new headcount requests, and ensuring alignment between organizational structure and staffing needs. The position will collaborate closely with department managers and HR partners to support recruitment, compensation analysis, and organizational reporting.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Provides guidance to managers on position-related policies, procedures, and documentation requirements
Audits data in system to ensure accuracy
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Strong attention to accuracy and detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, HRIS systems, and organizational charting tools
- Excellent knowledge of general office and software applications
- Ability to prepare and analyze reports
- Possesses excellent organizational skills
- Strong multi-tasking abilities with the ability to prioritize duties and meet deadlines
- High level of customer service
- Familiarity with compensation structures and classification systems preferred
- Maintain the highest degree of confidentiality and discretion at all times
PHYSICAL ABILITIES:
The work is sedentary. Typically, the employee sits comfortably to do the work. However, there may be some walking; standing; bending; carrying of light items, such as papers, books, or small parts; or driving an automobile. No special physical demands are required to perform the work.
WORK SCHEDULE & CONDITIONS:
- Equipment used includes, PC workstation running on a LAN in a Microsoft Windows environment, calculator, phone and other general office equipment
- Interface with internal and external contacts as needed to carry out the functions of the position
- Work is performed in a climate-controlled office with minimal exposure to safety hazards
- May regularly travel to different LSC locations
- May be fully reassigned to other LSC locations if necessary
- May need to work weekends and outside of core business hours if necesary
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree and at least 1 year of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of experience and education
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in HR coordination, position management, or workforce planning
- Higher education experience

Hiring salary range is: $48,152 - $55,375
