we are seeking a human resourcescoordinatorto join our team!you will perform activities in human resources from recruiting new hiresto retaining existing hires. Excellent opportunity for a recent college grad in human resources and or 1 to 2 years of experience.this position will be involved in assisting and learning all areas of hr. It is a true generalist role. Prefer some experience in a corporste hr department full time or as an intern.

• screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
• on-boardand train new employees
• implement company culture, valuesand policies
• provide management with requestedreports and documents
• coordinate events focused onemployee recognition
• accurately maintain employee files

• previous experience in human resources, recruiting, or other related fields
• knowledge of labor and employment laws
• ability to build rapport with all employees
• strong organizational skills
• excellent written and verbal communication skills
