Talent Manager, HR Manager
The Principal Executive Recruiter is responsible for building and executing world-class search strategies that secure transformative leaders in technology licensing. This role drives the full lifecycle of recruitment for Professional and leadership roles, from proactive market mapping to precision closing strategies, with a strong emphasis on compliance expertise. Acting as a trusted advisor to the business leaders under the leadership of the global TA leader & the CHRO, the recruiter combines elite sourcing craft, competitor intelligence, and structured assessment coaching to ensure Lummus Technology consistently hires executives who can scale operations.
With accountability for speed, precision, and impact, the recruiter maintains forward-looking pipelines, delivers actionable competitor intelligence, and ensures leadership hires integrate seamlessly.
Act as a trusted advisor to the business leaders; the recruiter combines elite sourcing craft, competitor intelligence, and structured assessment coaching to ensure Lummus Technology consistently hires executives who can scale operations.
Key Accountabilities Executive & VP Partnership- Partner with Executives and VPs to anticipate leadership needs, succession risks, and future capability gaps across Industrial Technology and Chemicals
- Build forward-looking leadership pipelines for Director level and above roles in Finance, IT, AI/Data, Digital, Sales, and Marketing within global industrial and chemical companies.
- Identify and engage passive senior talent from world-class global companies, using targeted, confidential outreach.
- Assess leadership capability, functional expertise, and alignment with Lummus values.
- Lead structured interviews and ensure prompt, high-quality feedback from all stakeholders.
- Partner with the Talent Management team to align external hiring with leadership frameworks, succession plans, and internal mobility.
- Manages offer discussions, compensation alignment, and closure with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Support onboarding in partnership with HR and Talent Management through the first 90 days.
- Deliver prompt, high-quality leadership hires without compromising fit or values
- 10+ years of executive search in a leading global multinational
- Proven ability to partner closely with HR and Talent Management.
- Combination of recruiting Professional roles (non-technical) preferred.
- Proven record of accomplishment in building pipelines and closing senior operational hires.
- Proficiency with focused sourcing, assessment frameworks, and talent intelligence.
- Exceptional discretion, executive presence, and advisory capability with senior leadership teams.
