The HR Admin/Technical Recruiter will be a blended role; responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates, with a focus on technology roles. This full-time, on-site position is based in Greater Houston, and the selected individual will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
Human Resources administrative responsibilities would include on board new employees, maintain employee files, and assist the Controller in day to day tasks. The role also involves maintaining a robust talent pipeline and assisting in building a strong employer brand within the tech industry.
- Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting or other related fields
- Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Technical Recruiting
- Experience with Recruiting and Hiring practices, particularly for technology roles
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate with hiring teams to align talent acquisition strategies with organizational goals
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Demonstrated experience in successfully filling technical and IT-specific roles
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
