Job Title: Talent Sourcing Advisor

• Proactively source candidates through multi-channel strategies including social media, professional networks, and AI‑powered platforms
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future organizational needs
• Conduct labor market research and analyze supply‑demand trends to inform sourcing strategies
• Leverage AI and automation tools to optimize sourcing workflows and candidate matching
• Develop personalized candidate outreach campaigns to attract top talent and ensure a positive candidate experience

• Strong research skills with advanced Boolean search capabilities
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
• Data‑driven mindset with proficiency in sourcing metrics analysis
• Experience with ATS, CRM, and social media sourcing platforms
