We’re looking for a motivated Hiring Manager / Recruiter to support our growing staffing needs. You’ll play a key role in sourcing talent, screening candidates, and helping us build a reliable, high-performing workforce.

• Post and manage job listings on Zip Recruiter, Indeed
  , and other recruiting platforms
• Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates
• Coordinate interviews, schedules, and applicant follow-ups
• Maintain clear, professional communication with candidates
• Track hiring progress and keep accurate candidate records
• Partner with leadership to understand current and future staffing needs
• Support a positive team environment and contribute to daily department goals

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
• Comfortable using online job boards and applicant tracking systems
• Team-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
