** Your responsibilities
*** Manage the daily activities of the HR team, including scheduling, prioritizing tasks, and monitoring progress
* Support local leaders and board in driving HR actions and initiatives
* Act as an advisor to employees and management, providing guidance on HR policies, practices, and procedures
* Build strong relationships between management and employees, fostering a positive and supportive work environment
* Provide guidance and support on employee-related issues, such as performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
* Oversee the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date HR records and data, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
* Monitor HR metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance HR processes and outcomes
* Mentor and develop HR team members, supporting their professional growth and helping them to achieve their goals
* Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees to support their professional development
* Collaborate with other departments and functions to ensure that HR practices are aligned with the needs of the business and support its strategic objectives
* Coordinate with external HR service providers, such as payroll providers, recruitment agencies, benefits providers, training vendors and lawyers
** Our Requirements
*** Master’s degree in human resources or a related field, or equivalent experience
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a track record of success in managing HR teams and driving HR initiatives
* Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve their best
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and resolve conflicts effectively
* Strong understanding of HR policies, laws, and regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance in all HR practices
* Commitment to ongoing learning and development, with a willingness to stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in HR
