Overview
Connect Staffing is hiring a Bilingual Recruiting & Client Relations Lead for our Houston, TX office. This role focuses on hands-on, full-cycle staffing recruiting and client relationship management: building effective sourcing strategies, identifying and placing qualified candidates, and maintaining strong, consistent communication with clients.
Minimum Requirements- 3+ years of staffing / agency recruiting experience, preferably supporting light industrial, warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or production roles.
- Strong working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting workflows.
- Ability to manage multiple open requisitions / job orders at the same time and consistently deliver in a fast-paced, high-volume staffing environment.
- Excellent client-facing communication skills with a track record of building credibility and trust with client supervisors, HR, and operations leaders.
- Experience using major sourcing channels and job boards.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
- Bilingual: fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for staffing orders, including sourcing, screening/interviewing, candidate selection, and placement, to ensure timely fulfillment of client needs.
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies, including outreach to Houston’s Spanish-speaking workforce.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines / talent pools to ensure consistent access to qualified talent for ongoing and recurring client demand.
- Write clear, compelling job postings / job descriptions that align with client requirements and company standards.
- Provide day-to-day mentorship and guidance to junior recruiters, and identify process improvements that increase recruiting efficiency, quality, compliance, and results.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients on order intake, recruiting status updates, candidate submittals, and workforce planning.
- Maintain strong relationships with client supervisors and HR partners to support placement success and identify upcoming hiring needs.
- Collaborate with sales and leadership to grow and expand services within existing client accounts.
- Experience recruiting with our primary advertising channels:
Facebook, Craigslist, Linked In, Zip Recruiter, and Indeed, with the ability to choose the best channel for each position. - Experience using AI-driven recruiting tools, automation, and/or recruiting analytics (e.g., sourcing automation, resume matching, pipeline analytics, conversion metrics).
- Leadership experience in a staffing agency management role.
- Temp Works ATS experience.
- Proficiency with Canva or similar tools for creating recruiting flyers, social posts, or hiring campaign content.
- College degree (Associate’s or Bachelor’s).
Preferred Prior Job Titles Include:
