Cozen O’Connor seeks an associate with 3-5 years of labor and employment experience for its Houston office.
Ideal candidates will have experience with discrimination and harassment, wage and hour, accessibility, and non‑compete and confidentiality agreements. Experience advising clients on employment law compliance, policies and procedures, employment contracts, discipline, terminations, reductions in force, wage‑hour audits, and conducting workplace investigations is preferred.
Strong analytical and writing skills, as well as excellent academic credentials, are required.
A license in good standing in Texas is also required.
