What You’ll Do as the Senior Payroll Specialist:
Process and review payroll for accuracy across multiple pay groups and schedules
Serve as an escalation point for employee payroll questions and issue resolution
Support payroll hotline inquiries with a service-oriented approach
Partner with payroll team members to ensure consistent, compliant processing
Collaborate with HR, Accounting, and other teams to research discrepancies
What We’re Looking For in the Senior Payroll Specialist:
5+ years of payroll experience in high-volume environments
Strong knowledge of payroll practices, controls, and compliance
Experience with People Soft, ADP, or comparable payroll systems
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Ability to manage deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced setting
Union payroll exposure a plus
