What You’ll Do as the Senior Payroll Specialist:

• Process and review payroll for accuracy across multiple pay groups and schedules

• Serve as an escalation point for employee payroll questions and issue resolution

• Support payroll hotline inquiries with a service-oriented approach

• Partner with payroll team members to ensure consistent, compliant processing

• Collaborate with HR, Accounting, and other teams to research discrepancies

What We’re Looking For in the Senior Payroll Specialist:

• 5+ years of payroll experience in high-volume environments

• Strong knowledge of payroll practices, controls, and compliance

• Experience with People Soft, ADP, or comparable payroll systems

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability

• Ability to manage deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced setting

• Union payroll exposure a plus
