JOB SUMMARY
The Analyst, Compensation - Field Incentives is responsible for supporting the administration, communication, and operational execution of field incentive and compensation programs. This role serves as a key liaison between field operations, compensation teams, payroll, and HR to ensure accurate incentive processing, timely issue resolution, and consistent program application. The coordinator provides analytical, technical, and customer support to drive accuracy, compliance, and a positive field experience.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate day-to-day administration of field incentive and commission programs, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Serve as primary support contact for field employees and leaders regarding incentive plans, earnings statements, and compensation inquiries.
- Partner with Compensation, Payroll, HR, and Operations to research and resolve pay discrepancies and system issues.
- Maintain incentive tracking tools, databases, and reporting dashboards to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Assist in testing, implementation, and updates of incentive plans and compensation system enhancements.
- Prepare regular and ad hoc reports on incentive performance, payouts, and trends for leadership review.
- Support documentation, training materials, and communications related to field incentive programs to ensure clarity and consistency.
ABILITIES AND SKILLS:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with HRIS, payroll, or incentive compensation systems.
- Ability to interpret compensation plans and explain them clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
REQUIRED MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
- 2-4 years of experience in compensation, payroll, HR operations, or incentive administration support.
REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. Relevant certification (e.g., CCP, PHR, SPHR) preferred.
CERTIFICATIONS AND/OR TECHNICAL SKILLS:
To be successful in this position, the individual performing the duties must successfully demonstrate the following competencies:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools is required. Experience with HRIS systems like Workday is highly desirable.
Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
