The Human Resources Generalist will play a key role in supporting U.S. HR operations with a primary focus on full-cycle recruitment and HR administrative processes. This position will manage the end-to-end hiring process for scientific, sales, and corporate roles while also supporting payroll coordination in ADP, invoice processing, onboarding, and HR compliance.
The ideal candidate brings a strong recruiting background, experience working in a fast-paced life sciences or technical environment, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders. Mandarin language skills are preferred to support communication with global teams.
Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)- Lead full-cycle recruiting: requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer process, and onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruitment strategies
- Source candidates for scientific, sales, and corporate roles using Linked In, job boards, and direct outreach
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely communication throughout the hiring lifecycle
- Maintain accurate applicant tracking data and recruitment metrics
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment process improvements
- Coordinate onboarding and new hire documentation, including I-9 and E-Verify compliance
- Maintain employee records in ADP and internal HR systems
- Process HR-related invoices (recruiting vendors, immigration, benefits, training, etc.) and coordinate with Finance
- Support benefits administration and employee inquiries
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Assist with performance management cycle and training logistics
- Support employee relations documentation and HR reporting
- Maintain SOPs and HR process documentation
- Provide administrative support for immigration case tracking (as applicable)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (required)
- Experience recruiting for scientific, technical, or life sciences roles strongly preferred
- Hands‑on experience with ADP Workforce Now (or similar HRIS/payroll system)
- Experience processing invoices and working cross-functionally with Finance
- Strong knowledge of U.S. employment practices and onboarding compliance
- Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills
