Human Resources Business Partner

Our Houston facility is expanding, and we're looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) who's energized by growth, fast-paced operations, and building strong teams. As our site ramps up capacity, this role will play a central part in shaping our future—especially through a heavy focus on talent acquisition over the next 18 months.

In this role, you'll be the primary HR contact for our Houston site, supporting leaders and team members across all day-to-day HR needs. You'll partner closely with operations to strengthen engagement, enhance culture, and ensure our site has the talent and support needed to thrive. You'll also collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver consistent, compliant, and DeZURIK-values-aligned practices.

• Serve as the go-to HR partner for team members and site leadership.
• Lead workforce planning, drive full-cycle recruiting, and support onboarding during a period of significant hiring.
• Provide coaching and guidance on performance, policies, and day-to-day team member relations.
• Champion engagement and wellbeing initiatives across the site.
• Maintain strong visibility on the production floor to understand and support team member needs.
• Promote consistent employment practices and collaborate with COEs on complex issues.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and HR projects aligned with site expansion.

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of progressive HR generalist/HRBP experience; manufacturing or multi-site experience preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• HRIS proficiency, strong judgment, and a collaborative, adaptable mindset.
• SHRM-CP or PHR preferred.

DeZURIK offers a competitive base salary in the $86,158 to $107,698 range, based on experience and qualifications, along with annual bonus opportunities tied to performance.
