Job Details Responsibilities
  • Strategic Talent & Organizational Leadership
    • Develop and execute a talent development and organizational effectiveness strategy aligned to value creation goals
    • Partner with the CHRO and executive team to drive a high‑performance culture rooted in accountability, safety, and operational excellence
    • Align people strategies with growth, scalability, and margin objectives
  • M&A Integration & Organizational Scaling
    • Lead the people‑side of M&A integration — org alignment, leadership effectiveness, and cultural integration
    • Implement consistent talent and leadership practices across newly acquired entities
    • Drive change management tied to acquisitions, restructuring, and transformation
  • HR Business Partner Leadership
    • Lead the HRBP function in partnership with regional and operational leaders
    • Oversee the Director of HRBPs to ensure consistent, high‑impact support across field and corporate
    • Equip HRBPs to support frontline leaders in performance, team effectiveness, and engagement
  • Talent Management & Internal Development
    • Own enterprise performance management, succession planning, and career pathing
    • Build strong internal pipelines for field leadership and critical technical roles
    • Strengthen succession readiness across key operational and technical positions
  • Learning & Development
    • Define and execute a scalable L&D strategy for a distributed, field‑based workforce
    • Build both technical capability and leadership effectiveness across the org
    • Equip frontline supervisors and managers with the skills to lead teams, drive performance, and uphold safety standards
What you’re looking for:
  • 12–15+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership of HRBP and talent management functions
  • Bachelor’s degree required;
    Master’s preferred
  • Experience in a private equity‑backed, high‑growth, or services environment strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated M&A integration experience — organizational, cultural, and leadership alignment
  • Proven success developing leaders within field‑based or distributed work forces
  • Strong operational and commercial mindset
  • Executive presence with the credibility to influence senior and frontline leaders alike
  • Organizational design, change leadership, and data‑driven decision‑making chops
  • Ability to be in Dallas 50% of the time
