The Senior Recruiter supports Enterprise Electrical’s continued growth by leading full-cycle recruiting efforts for field, office, and leadership roles across a multi-state workforce. This role partners closely with hiring managers, field leadership, and HR to attract, assess, and hire high-quality talent in a fast-paced commercial electrical construction environment.

The Senior Recruiter plays a critical role in building strong teams that directly support project execution and long-term business success.
Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities- Serve as a strategic recruiting partner for hiring managers, field leadership, and department heads.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and onboarding support.
- Recruit for a wide range of roles including Journeymen, Apprentices, Foremen, Project Managers, Estimators, Superintendents, and corporate support positions.
- Conduct phone screens and interviews to evaluate technical skills, experience, culture fit, availability, and alignment with project needs.
- Develop and maintain proactive talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill positions.
- Utilize multiple sourcing strategies including job boards, referrals, networking, social media, and direct outreach.
- Promote and manage the employee referral program in alignment with company guidelines.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding candidate pipelines, hiring timelines, and market conditions.
- Ensure a professional, consistent, and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation in the applicant tracking system and ensure the recruitment tracker is consistently updated with current candidate and requisition status.
- Ensure recruiting activities comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, workflows, and efficiency.
- Track and support recruiting metrics such as time to fill, source effectiveness, and quality of hire.
- Assist with workforce planning efforts in coordination with operations and project leadership.
- Support the Director of Talent Acquisition with special initiatives, projects, or strategic recruiting efforts as assigned.
Education, Experience, and Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent recruiting experience.
- Minimum of 7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Experience recruiting within construction, skilled trades, electrical contracting, or industrial environments.
- Experience supporting high-volume and multi-state hiring.
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technology.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Ability to maintain professionalism, composure, and a high level of emotional intelligence when communicating with individuals at all levels, including during high‑pressure or sensitive situations.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, time management, and calendar management skills with a consistent track record of meeting deadlines and being punctual and prepared for meetings.
- High sense of urgency and accountability.
- Strong judgment and decision-making skills.
- Ability to build credibility and trust with leadership and field teams.
- Adaptability to changing business needs and project timelines.
