Job Type: Temporary (Fixed Term) – 6‑month contract position engaged through a third‑party agency.
Working in the office four days per week with remote flexibility on Fridays.
Company‑paid parking is provided.

Responsibilities
  • Full‑cycle recruiting for professional and early‑t talent positions, including job description development, posting, sourcing, and pipeline maintenance.
  • Screen applications, conduct assessments, schedule and coordinate interview processes with managers, directors, and stakeholders.
  • Prepare interview questions, hiring materials, and oversee interview sessions.
  • Facilitate the offer process—recommend salary ranges, incentives and start dates, extend offers verbally and in writing.
  • Conduct needs analysis (intakes) to design recruiting strategies that meet organizational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
  • Represent Talent Acquisition strategy to support a positive candidate experience and employee onboarding.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process.
  • Proven success recruiting top‑tier talent across a broad range of skill sets in a corporate environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, negotiation and time‑management skills.
  • Experience developing and executing sourcing strategies to build talent pools.
  • Proficient in an enterprise Applicant Tracking System (e.g., Workday) and in generating reports with Excel.
  • Clear criminal history and satisfactory reference checks.
  • Compliance with the company’s drug and alcohol policy, including pre‑employment testing.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. for the duration of employment (no visa sponsorship).
