Rewards Analyst

As a Rewards Analyst
, you’ll serve as a key subject matter expert supporting U.S. and Canada benefits, leave administration, and compensation programs. This is a highly visible individual contributor role where accuracy, compliance, and execution matter.

You will:

• Administer health, wellness, retirement, and statutory benefit programs
• Lead U.S. and Canadian leave administration (including compliance)
• Support compensation cycles, salary reviews, and pay analysis
  
  Partner closely with Payroll, HR, Legal, and leadership
• Ensure HRIS configuration accuracy and reporting integrity
• Drive process improvements and scalable rewards operations

• 5+ years of Total Rewards experience
• Strong U.S. and Canadian benefits & leave expertise
• Working knowledge of compensation administration
• Detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable owning execution
