HR & Administrative Coordinator (Reception, Employee Records & Benefits)

As an HR & Administrative Coordinator, you will manage front-office operations while supporting employee onboarding, HR documentation, benefits administration, and day-to-day office coordination. You will play an important role in creating a professional employee and visitor experience.
What You'll Do- Manage front desk operations and greet visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence
- Coordinate office activities, supplies, records, and administrative documentation
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain accurate employee records and confidential personnel files
- Assist with benefits administration, insurance documentation, enrollments, renewals, and employee inquiries
- Support HR processes including leave tracking, employee communications, and policy acknowledgments
- Schedule meetings, coordinate appointments, and support office logistics
- Provide administrative support to management while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
- 2–5 years of experience in HR administration, office coordination, reception, or administrative support roles
- Experience supporting employee records, onboarding, benefits, or HR documentation preferred
- Strong organization, multitasking, and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional customer-service mindset
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point
- High school diploma required;
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred
