Premier Medical Resources is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team!
SUMMARYThe Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for handling the full-cycle recruitment for a variety of complex and/or specialized talent needs with limited oversight, with a primary focus on recruiting Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers, including Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners. Accountable for effectively building relationships with HR Business Partners, hiring managers and key stakeholders to assess current and future talent needs.
Develops and implements creative recruiting solutions that support Premier Medical Resources’ mission to deliver the highest quality results and top talent to the business it supports.
- Partner with hiring manager to understand talent requirements as well as formulating and delivering appropriate sourcing search strategies based on these requirements.
- Proactively source candidates through networking with employees, professional organizations, social media, and other channels. Continuously build talent pipelines to meet current and future needs.
- Assess candidate applications/resumes to ensure a highly qualified and diverse candidate pool.
- Conduct thorough salary analysis for candidate offers to ensure equity and compliance with applicable policies.
- Facilitate the onboarding process by extending and compiling offer letters and negotiating employment terms.
- Serve as a resource for prospective candidates providing information on available position, status of application, or assistance in applying online.
- Manage confidential data, build, and improve current practices, share ideas, and take ownership.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
- Lead recruitment efforts for Physicians and mid-level providers (Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners), including sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer negotiations.

- Foundational understanding of human resources and recruiting

- Knowledgeable of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Bachelor’s Degree, or
- Four (4) years of experience in lieu of education
- Two (2) years of experience in talent acquisition in healthcare
- Experience recruiting Physicians and/or Advanced Practice Providers in a healthcare setting preferred

Compensation to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
