A growing and well-established organization is seeking an
HR Administrator to support day-to-day human resources operations and help create a positive employee experience from onboarding through ongoing employment. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys being hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and serving as a key resource for employees and leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation programs (in‑person and virtual)
  • Manage the full onboarding process, ensuring a seamless employee experience
  • Provide HR support and guidance to supervisors and managers
  • Assist with recruiting activities including phone screenings, interview scheduling, and pre‑employment requirements
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and personnel files
  • Manage I‑9 compliance and employment verification processes
  • Process employee status changes and HR documentation accurately and timely
  • Support various HR initiatives and projects as needed
  • Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiencies within the HR function
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of human resources experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Experience working with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
