A growing and well-established organization is seeking an
HR Administrator to support day-to-day human resources operations and help create a positive employee experience from onboarding through ongoing employment. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys being hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and serving as a key resource for employees and leadership.
- Coordinate and facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation programs (in‑person and virtual)
- Manage the full onboarding process, ensuring a seamless employee experience
- Provide HR support and guidance to supervisors and managers
- Assist with recruiting activities including phone screenings, interview scheduling, and pre‑employment requirements
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and personnel files
- Manage I‑9 compliance and employment verification processes
- Process employee status changes and HR documentation accurately and timely
- Support various HR initiatives and projects as needed
- Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiencies within the HR function
- 3+ years of human resources experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Experience working with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Passionate about improving processes, systems, and the overall employee experience
- Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
