• Be a Mentor and Guide: You’ll lead applicants through our structured process, from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring a professional and positive experience.
• Strategic Outreach: Use your professional network and our proven systems to connect with and attract new talent.
• Consult and Collaborate: Participate in training and leadership calls to continuously develop your own skills and stay aligned with our team.
• Drive Growth: You’ll play a direct role in expanding our global client and team base, and helping them reach their goals.

• A background in HR, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or Business Development is highly preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and engaging presence.
• Experience with modern office tools, especially Google Workspace
