Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sr. HR Generalist with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition to support and grow our workforce in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This role will spend approximately 50% of the time leading full‑cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support, while also contributing to broader HR Generalist and administrative functions.

This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who enjoys high‑volume recruiting, partnership with hiring managers, and the ability to grow into expanded HR responsibilities as the organization scales.

Primary Responsibilities (Talent Acquisition)
  • Lead full‑cycle recruitment for hourly and salaried positions, from requisition intake through onboarding
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies
  • Source candidates using job boards, ATS platforms, social media, networking tools, and referrals
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
  • Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and coordinate feedback and next steps
  • Schedule interviews, manage calendars, and facilitate communication between candidates and interview teams
  • Assist in preparing and extending offers, including coordination of pre‑employment requirements
  • Maintain accurate and timely records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Represent the organization at career fairs, community events, and networking opportunities
  • Track and report recruiting metrics such as time‑to‑fill, candidate pipeline health, and hiring outcomes
Secondary Responsibilities (Sr. HR Generalist & Administrative Support)
  • Support employee onboarding, orientation, and training coordination
  • Assist with employee relations matters, to include investigations, and day‑to‑day HR inquiries
  • Provide HR administrative support, including documentation and record maintenance
  • Support performance management processes and annual HR cycles
  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives, events, and cross‑functional HR projects
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and employment regulations
Knowledge & Skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience in employee relations, performance management, and recruitment.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field from an accredited college or university
  • PHR or SHRM certification preferred
Experience
  • 2–5 years of experience in recruiting, recruitment coordination, or HR Generalist roles
  • Proven experience supporting full‑cycle recruiting in a high‑volume environment
  • HR Generalist experience preferred
  • Manufacturing environment experience is considered a strong asset
  • Experience supporting multiple business groups or sites is an asset
Technical Skills
  • Experience with ATS and HRIS platforms such as ADP and/or Workday preferred
  • Proficiency with sourcing tools (Linked In Recruiter, Indeed, etc.)

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment
