Overview
We’re a headhunting and recruiting firm that specializes in heavy civil construction: highways, bridges, underground utilities, water, sewer, and infrastructure. We’re looking for an entry-level or experienced recruiter to join our team to help support our clients. You’ll focus on sourcing qualified candidates that match what our clients need. Depending on your background, you’ll have flexibility to work as a sourcer finding talent or run a full desk handling both clients and candidates.
Responsibilities- Source and identify qualified candidates through calls, texts, job boards, Linked In, Zoom Info, referrals, and networking.
- College Degree Preferred (Will accept new college grads)
- Ability to work in person, ability to work hybrid, or ability to work remote.
- 30% commission on placements
- Unlimited PTO
- Ability to get flexible on base salary or be fully commission depending on what works best for you.
- Flexible work hours if you can bill.
- We will offer base salary + commission.
- Our office is in the Heights in Houston, Texas.
