Our client is a logistics and supply chain group that provides multinational logistics and warehouse operations management service. As the business continues to grow, they are looking for a Human Resources Executive and the position is based in Houston in Texas, U.S.A.
Key job responsibilities- Cover day-to-day human resources and administrative duties
- Support recruitment and conduct employee onboarding and offboarding,
- Handle HR documents, maintain employee records and HR database
- Monitor employees’ work attendance and support performance appraisal process
- Handle social security contributions and work permit visa applications for employees
- Liaise with different offices to ensure smooth workflow
- Other ad-hoc HR and admin duties when necessary
- 1-5 years of HR executive and administrative experience
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in human resources or other disciplines
- Detailed-minded, organized, multi-tasking
- Fluent in English and Chinese language
