Position Title:

Talent Advisor

Position Summary

The Talent Advisor is responsible for attracting, engaging, and guiding candidates through the recruitment process while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. The Talent Advisor also supports business growth by promoting services, maintaining strong relationships with candidates, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Identify, source, and engage qualified candidates through various recruitment channels.
  • Conduct candidate screenings and assess qualifications, experience, and career goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates.
  • Provide guidance and support to candidates regarding job opportunities and next steps.
  • Promote company services and employment programs to prospective candidates.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication with candidates and clients.
  • Maintain accurate records and updates in the CRM and applicant tracking systems.
  • Resolve candidate inquiries and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Meet established performance metrics and recruitment goals.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, customer service, sales, or a related role.
  • Experience working with CRM or applicant tracking systems is preferred.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required
